C Team Sports

C Team Sport Opportunities 

For 6th & 7th Graders Only – Except Bowling

Students at John Sedgwick have the opportunity to participate in C Team sports, competing against other SKSD middle schools (Cedar Heights and Marcus Whitman).

To participate, students must:

  • Pay the $30 ASB Fee

  • Complete Athletic Registration on FinalForms

  • Have a Current Sports Physical on file (must be within the last 13 months)

C Team Sports Schedule

Fall Sports (Sept 3–Oct 3):

  • Boys Baseball – Tryouts begin Sept 3

Winter 1 Sports (Nov 3–Dec 5):

  • Boys Basketball – Tryouts begin Nov 3

  • Girls Soccer – Tryouts begin Nov 3

Winter 2 Sports (Jan 5–Jan 30):

  • Girls Basketball – Tryouts begin Jan 5

Spring 1 Sports (Mar 2–Mar 26):

  • Girls Bowling – Open to ALL grade levels (6–8), max 20 students

Spring Sports (Mar 16–Apr 9):

  • Coed Flag Football – Tryouts begin Mar 16 if required; max 24 students

  • Girls Volleyball – Tryouts begin Mar 16

 

Eligibility Reminder:
Students must have all three requirements completed (ASB Fee, FinalForms registration, and physical) before tryouts begin in order to participate.
