Each year, South Kitsap School District families complete the Federal Impact Aid Survey. Compliance with the program provides significant funds to our operating budget. The program is paperless this year to aid in processing the forms. Your assistance is needed in completing a form for each student in your household beginning November 1 and no later than November 9.

Visit Skyward Family Access using a desktop computer. There is also a link on the red graduation hat icon on the district website. Quick instructions are listed below or view the attached detailed instructions at the bottom of this email for more information.

  1. To get started, click the tab "Online Forms" from the menu on the left side of your Family Access Home screen.

  2. Click Fill Out Form next to your student’s name. If you have more than one student, you will need to repeat this process for each child.

  3. Click the Next button on the right side of the screen to begin the Impact Aid Program Survey.

  4. Click Add to begin the survey.

  5. Click View Full Screen to easily see the whole survey.

  6. Answer each question by selecting an answer from the dropdown menus or by typing information in free-text fields (i.e., name fields).

  7. After you have answered all questions and entered your name and the current date at the bottom of the survey, click Complete Step 1 and move to Step 2 located at the top of the screen.

  8. Click Submit Impact Aid Program Survey.

  9. Once you have submitted the Impact Aid Program Survey, you will see a message that the form was successfully completed and submitted.
