Articles address demographics, economic status, child care, resilience, birth to 5 years old, effects of war time military service, building community support, & other insights --- with extensive bibliographies following each topic.

Free tutoring on-line
Live 1-on-1 tutoring 24/7 for children in grades K-12 who are dependents of Active Duty Military, National Guard, and Reserve (regardless of deployment status) - not yet available to USCG.

Open to military and non-military families, SOAR has student on-line achievement resources & is connected to all state standards. There are lots of resources on academics, transition (moving), etc. Plus it gives you reports on the quizzes & tests your child takes on the site!

Personal Excellence through Cooperative Education (PECE) Program
