Happy August, JSMS Families,

Registration is now open in FinalForms for all 2026–2027 sports. Families are encouraged to register for all sports their student plans to participate in this school year.

📣 Important for Fall Athletes: I will be sending sport-specific information (practice schedules, tryout details, coach information, and other important updates) for Fall Sports to registered athletes and families by August 17. To ensure you receive this information, please complete your Fall Sports registration in FinalForms as soon as possible.

📅 Important Dates

  • August 20 – General Admission
    • 6th Grade: 9:00–11:30 AM
    • 7th & 8th Grade: 12:30–3:30 PM
    • (Closed for lunch: 11:30 AM–12:30 PM)
  • August 31 – First Day of School
  • August 31 – Track & Field Practice Begins, 3:00–5:00 PM (No-Cut Sport)
  • September 1 – Baseball & Fastpitch Tryouts Begin, 3:00–5:00 PM

✅ Before Your Student Can Participate

Please complete all three requirements:
✔️ Register in FinalForms
✔️ Submit a current Sports Physical 
✔️ Pay the $30 ASB Fee (available now in the Web Store)

A copy of the Sports Physical Form is attached. Completed forms can be:

Peninsula Community Health Services will be offering sports physicals during General Admission on August 20 at JSMS. Appointments are strongly encouraged, and walk-ins will be limited. All insurance plans are accepted, and assistance is available for uninsured families.
